We are looking for a Front Desk Agent/Supervisor to join our TEAM. We pay a fair hourly wage and onsite accommodation is available for $7 per day. Some shifts for this position will be regular Front Desk Shifts, and some shifts will be Supervisor shifts.
The Front Desk supervisor’s main responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction. The Front Desk supervisor is also responsible for maximizing room revenues in line with Lakeview Management Inc. standards, by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service. The successful candidate with be responsible for motivating and training our Front Desk team! They will report directly to our Rooms Division Manager, who will also assist with Front Desk operations.
Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 – 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course. We have a small, close-knit community of about 50 employees that live in housing on the Island. If you like nature and the outdoors, this is a fantastic place to live!
