Responsibilities:
- Check in and out guest
- Make sure all information is complete and correct.
- Deal with all guests questions and issues
- Communicate with management and staff members to come up with the best solution
- Selling rooms in person and over the phone
- Cleaning and Inventory
- Create a welcoming atmosphere
Work Experience:
Some hotel experience, for customer service experience, an asset
Education:
None required, but the more the better
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
