The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Registering, cancelling and changing room reservation requests
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints or questions
* Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
* Maintaining an inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments
* Providing information on motel facilities and services through the telephone, email or in person
* Perform light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning duties
* Balance cash and completing end of shift reports
The role requires good verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to handle cash or credit/debit transactions. This position requires light housekeeping/laundry duties.
This is a part-time position with approximately 16 hours per week, with shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3pm-11pm. Our operations are open 7 days a week, some weekends and some holidays will be required.
