SalaryApollo Motel is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be willing to help out on all shifts; day as well as evenings. Must also be available for weekends and holidays.
Front Desk Attendant
Duties Include:
Check in and check out guests
Answer switchboard in a timely manner
Make reservations
Resolve guest complaints, ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, room information, policies
Adhere to all hotel policies regarding security and safety procedures
Complete daily check lists and communicate between shifts
Process wake-up calls
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, etc.)
Maintain a clear and professional demeanor at all times.
Skill Requirements:
Completion of high school
1 year experience in customer service industry
Computer literacy a must
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be service focused
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be adaptable to change
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Hours: 24 - 40 per week

Salary: $16.55-$17.55 per hour
