Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
