a day in the life
Reporting to Sr Director, Fuel For Growth, this role will partner with leaders to identify and deliver opportunities to increase lululemon's productivity and more powerfully fund our growth strategies. This role will contribute to delivering significant margin impact and new governance models and identifying new margin opportunities to advance the program.

qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, with a deep understanding of finance systems, cost transformation, business operations, and processes
- Experience working in and across multiple cost-savings and change management initiatives, ideally within the retail or consumer goods space.
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement
This role is classified as a hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
