Full time Administrative Position

Regina Orthodontic Group is an orthodontic specialty practice that brings together several orthodontists in Southern Saskatchewan with one common goal – to provide the best orthodontic treatment possible. We are a team of professionals that have FUN while making a positive difference in the lives of others.

We are looking to hire an outstanding individual to join our large and growing administrative team. This will be a full-time Administrative Position Monday – Friday providing extraordinary service for the patients we serve.

Responsibilities for this position will include reception and call centre duties, booking appointments, taking payments, balancing day end, database maintenance, managing reports, liaising with dental offices and insurance companies.

Preference will be given to individuals that possess:

A professional, warm, and friendly personality.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and multi-task.

Outstanding customer service attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.

Discretion and professionalism.

Administrative and customer service experience.

Proficiency with numbers, experience with day end deposits, insurance benefits and accounting.
