Alliance Wellness Clinic is a busy interdisciplinary clinic that focuses on teamwork to provide our patients with the highest quality of care and customer service.
*We have two locations, Broadway and Yaletown, and do ask all candidates be comfortable working in both locations please. Also, you must be available some evenings until 8:30pm and one weekend day. This role is for a candidate that can multi-task and can cover the front desk during the day for a few hours, while taking care of the laundry and cleanliness of our office.
Ideal candidate:
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have experience in customer service and cleaning
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with Mac and Microsoft Suite
- Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry from our office
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic at all times
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming and making sure our clinic is well maintained.
Assets:
- Knowledge/experience in the health field
- Previous experience as a cleaner
- Experience with Jane scheduling software
Day- to-day responsibilities would include:
- Providing the highest standard of customer service to patients
- Making sure all the linen is clean and organized in each practitioners room and storage
- Opening/Closing the clinic
- Answering incoming calls
- Email correspondence
- Taking payments and billing directly to insurance companies
- Maintaining high standard of organization and cleanliness throughout the office
