Position Overview:
Wages: $17.05/hr
Shift timings:
Monday - Friday: 0900-1700, 1700-0100, 0100-0900
Sat- Sun: 0900-1700, 1700-0100, 0100-0900
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
- Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities.
- Perform foot patrols inside and outside the store. checking doors ensure they are locked.
- Must be able to walk and do hourly 20–40-minute patrols. Able to climb stairs and deal with vagrants professionally.
- Hourly patrols of complex/parking garage. Advise all vagrants to vacate property and call local police when vagrants refuse to leave. Write reports for all incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- 6 months+ security experience. Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response
