Full time position providing Receptionist and Administrative support. Qualified applicants will be seeking a position where they can apply their customer service skills.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Provides a full range of administrative support
- Manage and direct all inbound calls, handle inquires and/or direct appropriately
- Processing customer payments.
- Customer service in the storefront
- Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries or concerns
- Organizes and maintains files
- Replies to routine phone inquiries (meat orders, custom slaughter bookings, etc.)
- A/R Customer support and maintenance of accounts
- Data Entry and invoicing wholesale orders for the week
- Provides project assistance when necessary.
- Daily Cash Outs and maintenance of petty cash
- Back-up support for any member of the team when necessary
- Demonstrating a high performance, high discipline, safe, accountable, focused, innovative, achievement oriented and easy to do business with manner of working
- Keeping the manager informed of task progress
- Weekly groceries run
- Weekly and Daily Cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, experience and behaviours:
- Grade 12 or G.E.D.
- 1+ years of administrative or related experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as actively participating as a team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Quick learner with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Great communication over the phone.

You can manage conflicting priorities throughout the day with minimal supervision and take initiative when completing tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard.
