Salary Range: $40,000- $45,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description
Legendary Hospitality in the heart of Downtown Halifax are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Legendary Hospitality. We are looking for a passionate hard working individual with an attention to detail to join our team. Our core values are focused around the people we employ and the customers we serve and we are looking for like-minded individuals.
Responsibilities
- The Social Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day Social Media of all our venues.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining Social Media strategies across all of our venues.
- Responsible for managing any and all paid Social Media campaigns.
- Work with all the venue teams, keeping a friendly attitude with coworkers and a joyful composure with guests.
- Motivation and commitment to remain current with knowledge of the industry, technique, products, and procedures relevant to the venues.
- Handle all customer comments and questions across the Social Media platforms and be the first point of contact in management for guests through our socials.
- Being a presence for all special events across our venues working with the specific teams to encapsulate the brand of that venue.
- Ensuring the company culture and vision are exercised across all marketing channels.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development
- Experience in developing and managing brands in food or hospitality.
- A working knowledge and passion of cuisine is an asset
- Quantitative, business analysis and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent working skills of google docs, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, X, SnapChat,
WhatsApp and Meta Business Suite
- Familiar with photo editing, basic video editing and creating reels
