Duties

Collaborators are individuals or groups who work together on our project, pooling their resources, expertise, and efforts to achieve common goals. Collaborators help out of goodwill or in return for shares via our Merit Point Based System (MPBS) Merit Point ✴ Shares (MPS) attached to our TOS Game Product shares.

Payment structure

How Merit Point Based System (MPBS) works:

Rather than offering a fixed salary, employees will receive a portion of the game's profits via shares based on merit. Therefore, the more you contribute the more shares you will receive.

How Merit Point ✴ Shares (MPS) works:

The company (LOVAITHOPE STUDIOS CORPORATION) will own 51.00% of fixed TOS Game Product shares by default while retaining the remaining 49.00% of shares for Angel Investors & Collaborators. Of these, 19% will be attainable to Angel Investors with the remaining 30.00% of shares available to Collaborators, also known as YOU the employee. This allocation gives Collaborators a very large margin for profitability rather than a fixed weekly, monthly, yearly salary and creates a less competitive arena.
