Game Master
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests to the game room
- Explain game rules and provide instructions to players
- Monitor and supervise game sessions to ensure fair play and adherence to rules
- Assist players with any questions or issues that may arise during gameplay
- Provide hints and clues to players when requested or as needed
- Reset game rooms after each session, ensuring all props and puzzles are in place for the next group
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game rooms
Skills:
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and entertain players
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Experience working with children in a fun and interactive environment
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Ability to handle food service tasks, if required
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, if required
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere

This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of players. You must have the ability to think on your feet, adapt to different situations, and provide exceptional problem-solving assistance.
