SalaryCanadian Tire Nanaimo is currently seeking Garden Centre Sales Associates. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well independently as well as part of a team all while delivering friendly and courteous customer service.
This role also involves Garden Centre maintenance (watering & caring for plant), receiving of freight, merchandising, customer carry outs and general housekeeping.
As one of our Garden Centre Associates you will possess a basic current knowledge of plants, flowers & shrubs. You will be able to assist customers with their questions and selections, maintain retail standards in the Garden Centre, and deliver superior customer service.
Positions are full time. Starting wage is flexible based on experience and knowledge. We operate 7 days a week and hours can range from as early as 7am and as late as 9pm at peak times, so flexible availability is an asset.
