Position Overview:

Spring is just around the corner and we are looking for applicants to join our inclusive team as a Garden Maintenance Specialist, where you'll play a key role in preserving and enhancing the beauty of Muskoka. Our teams work all across Muskoka serving both island and mainland properties. Experience is not necessary but willingness to learn is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Garden Maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and planting as well as grass cutting, leaf blowing, weed whacking and mulching when necessary.
• Monitor and assess the health of plants, recommending appropriate care as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement seasonal landscape enhancements.
• Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of customer properties for an optimal customer experience.

• Demonstrate preparedness for all weather conditions including but not limited to heat, bugs, humidity, rain, and cool weather, coupled with a willingness to work off-site every day.
• Have the ability to move on uneven ground, kneel, crouch, bend, reach and lift for prolonged periods of the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
