SalaryWe are currently seeking a full-time cleaner to work at one of our properties in North Vancouver. The work schedule consists of Monday to Friday shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role involves maintaining the Realstar cleanliness standard, landscaping, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Opportunity
Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- Common area maintenance (Vacuum, sweep, and mop carpeted or tiled areas)
- Dust and clean fire hose cabinets and bells
- Maintain garbage chutes and recycling rooms
- Report any significant deficiencies in curb appeal or hazards to residents to the Resident Manager
- Prepare vacant units for new occupants and perform other assigned exterior and interior duties
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Cleaning experience (maintain high standards of hygiene and order)
- Familiar with safe handling of cleaning materials
- Customer service skills (approachable, friendly, and responsive to residents' needs)
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Ability to work every other weekend
