```Duties```
- Perform General Maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects
```Qualifications```
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques
- Mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to fabricate or modify equipment parts as needed
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is desired
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
