Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Hotel, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Brand Standards, Cleanliness, food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage and train staff on proper areas and develop procedures.
- Handle all transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Hotel management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of managing and maintaining brand standards, preparation techniques, Managing all departments and develop staff handling procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees.
- Familiarity with Hotel operations, systems and equipment's.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
- Experience in all departments or hotel management is a plus.
