Entry Level Job Title: Production Line Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Technician with a background in medical, science, engineering, or related fields to join our team. As a Production Line Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of blood Cartridge manufacturing, specifically focused on the minute level printing onto a metal strip. This role requires intense focus and attention to detail, as any errors in the production process can have significant implications on patient health.

Responsibilities:

• Operate on a production line to manufacture blood Cartridges used in critical care and hospital settings.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of printing processes, paying close attention to details such as droplet shape and correct labeling.
• Work in an automated environment, utilizing automated machines and production equipment.
• Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet regulatory standards.
• Take responsibility for the integrity and quality of the final products, as they directly impact patient results and health.
• Maintain thorough documentation of any changes or abnormalities throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a college degree in medical, science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a company with established compliance standards.
• Prior experience in an automated production environment, handling automated machines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus while working quickly in a fast-paced production line setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain intense focus without distractions.
• Proficiency in digital documentation and record-keeping.
• Experience in medical, food, or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with science or medical education is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Workstations are located on the production line/floor, with some gowning requirements.
• Room temperature ranges between 23-25 degrees Celsius.
• Intermittent standing during shifts, with limited opportunities for sitting.
• Rapidly moving production line requires immediate assessment and identification of errors.
• Comfort with automated computerized production machines is necessary.

- Twelve-hour shifts based (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM).
