General Shop Labourer

Koolmees Equipment Inc. is hiring a reliable and motivated General Shop Labourer to join our team. As a General Shop Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

This role is suitable for builders, mechanics/general labourers with experience in farm and construction equipment!

Your role as the General Shop Labourer will be to

· Assist our mechanics with maintaining, repairing and overhauling farm machinery such as dump trailers, tankers and irrigation/ pumps

· Help with Dismantling defective machines for repair using hand tools

· Experience with mig-welding an asset

· Record details of repairs made and part used

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and floor

· Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise

· Parts pickup and delivery

Day Shift Monday to Friday 8am-5:00 PM

Applicant Requirements :

- Hold a valid class G Drivers License

- Mechanically Inclined

-Speak and write English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
