JOB TITLE: GOLF COURSE LABORER (Full and Part-time)

Edmonton Country Club seeks enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude who are detail-oriented to join our Golf Maintenance Team for the upcoming season.

SCOPE & GENERAL

• Provide the finest golfing experience for our members and guests by maintaining the Golf Course and property landscape to the highest standards.
• Participate in a dynamic environment to complete a variety of tasks.
• Full-time, 8-hour days, five on, two off.
• Part-time, morning 4-hour shift, minimum three-day commitment required.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Day-to-day maintenance of the Golf Course property includes mowing, trimming, raking, and shovelling all greenspaces.
• Responsible for keeping the property free of litter and debris.
• Learn the safe operation of power tools and various motorized equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated and energetic individuals.
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
• CPR and First Aid are assets but not a requirement.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Work shifts start at dawn.

· Walking 1 km to 10 km per shift with lifting, kneeling, and bending throughout the day.

· Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
