SalaryPosition Description: Springwater Golf Course is currently looking for seasonal maintenance staff for the 2024 golf season.
Work Setting:
- Golf Course
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and all other areas as required
- Golf course setup - changing of pin locations, setting tees, repairing greens and general cleanup
- Bunker maintenance - raking and trimming
- Safe operation of mowers, line trimmers, backpack blowers and maintenance vehicles
- Assist with all other general maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tools and equipment safety
- Ability to operate light motorized equipment
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence
Springwater Golf Course is located 10 minutes north of Barrie off of highway 26. Public transportation is not available.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
