Cowessess First Nation is focused on self - sustainability, economic growth and utilization of our lands and resources. 4C Farms Ltd. is one of several entities that work on behalf of the Nation to purse economic value creation for the community. 4C Farms is a mixed cattle and grain farm, operating 248 head cow/ calf operation and 5500 acres of grain land. 4C Farms Ltd. utilizes Nation owned land in the RM of Grayson (cattle) and RM of Elcapo (grain). 4C Farms Ltd. is seeking employees that are willing to learn about agriculture and grow their
skill set as an individual to become a valued member of the farm team over the long term. The Farm Employees will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day functions on the farm and will work under the supervision of the Ranch Manager. The Farm employees will also
support the grain farm operations in the months of May to October.
