Greenhouse Construction Trade

Job description

Construction Personnel and Construction labourers required to build commercial greenhouse structures ranging in size from small single-house projects to covering acres of greenhouse. Preference will be given to committed persons with previous construction experience or those who have interest in pursuing as a career. Work is primarily in the Niagara area, but some travel can be required. Typically, employees meet at the shop in Grimsby for 6:30 a.m. Monday to Friday, and commute to site from there. The work day ends at 5 p.m. Overtime is paid after 44 hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills

Valid G license or means of transportation to Grimsby are required. Working@Heights certification, Bobcat and scissor lift experience are assets but not required.

Salary: $22-$26 Per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
