What you’ll do:
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Provide supervision to Team Members in the department as necessary
- Ensure all products are properly stored and rotated in the cooler and retail area
- Assist in receiving in-coming products and inspect for freshness and quality
- Assist with ordering, paperwork and other supervisory tasks to support the Grocery Team Leader
- Ensure that all Team Members always maintain the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness while adhering to guidelines, procedures and requirements
- Other duties, as assigned

Who you are:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic approach to work with strong organizational skills
- Must be responsible and possess great leadership skills
- Retail Supervisory experience is an asset
- Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
