Grocery Supervisor

Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is excited to announce the opening of its second Edmonton location this spring in the Glenora neighbourhood!
We invite individuals ready to collaborate, develop, and become leaders in the position of Grocery Supervisor.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of grocery or retail experience
• Ability to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Ordering, receiving, and merchandising
• Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve quality standards
• Create beautiful and ‘X-citing Promotions and displays
• Process sales transactions, maintain sales records, and operate computerized sales and inventory systems
• Team Member training and coaching in achieving the operational standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Target Start-Date: March 15, 2024
• Location: 10720 142 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5N 2P7
• Wage: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour
