Job description

Inbox Booths is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketer to join our Marketing & Brand team. Reporting directly to the CMO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through effective marketing strategies and initiatives. This role demands creativity, analytical prowess, and a results-driven mindset to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of paid channel strategies, including strategy development, execution, and performance tracking to meet budget and ROI targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Paid Search campaigns and coordinate creative campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to support and extend marketing and communications initiatives, aligning with short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Establish performance goals, oversee measurement protocols, and optimize content effectiveness based on analytics and insights.
  • Lead demand generation programs, defining strategy and execution to acquire Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline opportunities across key segments and markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Product, Sales, Marketing Ops) to develop effective ads, strategies, and seamless lead routing and conversion strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition growth through multi-channel paid media campaigns, exploring new channels and opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct routine (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting and share insights with the project team to support overall account strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with technical and digital teams to implement efficient content management and essential marketing systems (e.g., CMS, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Supervise and manage the content lifecycle, ensuring all content is consistent with brand standards and optimized for user experience across all channels.
  • Champion testing and learning across various programs, including creative, copy, audience segments, channels, and tactics, to drive optimization and growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Experience managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads (3-5 years).
  • Strong interest in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Continuous learner with a desire to empower clients and contribute to their growth and success.
  • Results-focused, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong copywriting skills, creativity in ad development, and a collaborative spirit.
