Hairdresser

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative and fashionable styles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client records

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell salon products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for tools and equipment used in hair styling

Salary: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
