Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Good Robot was founded by three friends who quit their careers to live and work together as they did in school. We celebrate camaraderie which is at the heart of everything we do. And, like the founders, we are misfits - each of us is an individual bringing something unique to the table, seeking to foster and join a community in which we all belong.

The vision of Good Robot is:

“To be the curators of our communities’ quirky beer experiences.”

Our entire team discovered our vision and values. We agreed that in everything we do, we are:

  • Good-willed: hospitable, kind, generous, and good-natured towards each other, our guests, our partners, and our communities
  • Deliberate: acting with intent and considerate of the impact it causes
  • Trailblazing: setting trends rather than following them (zigging when our industry zags)
  • Quirky: we celebrate individualism, the understanding that every person is unique

OUR CULTURE

We can write out all the details of the job, but what is most important is for you to learn what it means to be a part of what we like to call our “island of misfits”. Here is a quote from our current team.

“Being part of Good Robot’s transition to the Production Facility in Elmsdale has been both an exciting and rewarding accomplishment. I have been in the craft beer industry for over 12 years and Good Robot’s professional growth plan for me was the first time a company saw my potential and gave me the support to excel. A strong interpersonal workspace is something we continually strive for to push the boundaries to help staff reach their goals. Education and process development are key as we continue to refine our own standards while also taking on new opportunities in the ever-changing beverage industry. None of that would be possible without our fantastic team and their relentless best foot-forward effort they bring every day.“

  • Kellye Robertson, Production Manager
