  What is the Opportunity?

  Manages day-to-day activities for large scale or complex application development projects. Manages activities through senior managers/managers and implements corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.

  What will you do?

• Manage client relations to ensure that expectations for application delivery are developed, managed, and fulfilled
• Ensure adherence and compliance to quality standards and related regulations
• Develop high-level work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and budgets for application development projects
• Monitor project results and deliverable during the building phase of projects, for application development

• What do you need to succeed?

• The right candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work with a myriad of cross-functional teams, excellent listening skills, and be goal oriented in a fast-moving environment focused on the client experience while managing risk and the needs of internal operational teams
• High degree of business and financial acumen
• Able to perform data-driven analytics including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights
• Able to work with x-functional teams and functional partners to design an efficient process architecture that adheres to all RBC policies and controls
• Have rigorous attention to detail with the ability to grasp big picture
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Cash Management or related industries
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

• The good-faith expected salary for the above position is $150,000 to $200,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
