Ace Heat Pumps, a leading HVAC solutions provider servicing all of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, is seeking a skilled Heat Pump and Mini Split Installer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair Heat Pumpsand Mini Split systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications for accurate and efficient installations.
• Connect electrical wiring and controls to HVAC equipment and systems.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance for peak efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols when working with HVAC equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC installation, specializing in Heat Pumpsand Mini Split systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing HVAC issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Familiarity with ductless systems and their installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.70-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
