Heavy Duty Technician

Truck Zone has opportunities for a highly motivated Heavy Duty Technicians to join our Team. We have immediate openings in all 4 of our Alberta locations (Edmonton (1 position), Bonnyville (3 positions), Grande Prairie (1 position), and Lloydminster(1 position)). Our new Team member would be performing skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to Heavy Duty vehicles, trailers and specialized equipment when necessary. They would be inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, dismantling, aligning, assembling, and adjusting mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain it in efficient operating condition. Role Requirements

• Must hold a valid BC or equivalent Journeyman's certificate
• CVIP License is preferred; or willing to get CVIP License with company assistance.
• Possess a valid driver's license, Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement preferred
• Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical and engine repair
• Strong diagnostic capabilities
• Experience with routine maintenance operations.
• Must provide own tools
• May be required to travel to other locations on occasion

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
