We are looking for an experienced painter who is able to run the daily operations of our PEI location. This includes the on-site production as well as the customer communications during the projects. We can provide a vehicle and have performance-based pay for our Team Leads. You must be self-motivated, professional, and capable of critical thinking in order to perform this role competently. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Running daily operations of small crew to ensure a great customer experience!
• Exterior spraying of doors, windows, garage doors, soffit/fascia/gutters, brick, stucco, aggregate and vinyl siding
• Spraying kitchen cabinets & on-site structures
• Masking off areas to prevent overspray
• Surface preparation for soffits, doors, windows and garage doors
• Able to safely work at heights
• Ensure proper maintenance of job materials and equipment
• Ensure clean job site and vehicles
• Ensure adequate trailer inventory
• Learn the Spray-Net way

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• MUST have valid driver's license
• Experience with customers is necessary
• Must be able to lift and manage extension and A-frame ladders
• Knowledge of and experience with tools
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• A team player
• Organized
• Enjoy making customers happy
• CSA certified footwear
• We do service the entire province of NS, so some travel may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $24-$25 per hour
