We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential assistance and support to elderly in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
### Duties
- Provide direct elder care, including assistance with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and document the progress
### Qualifications
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or caregiving is required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
