SalaryOur Innisfail Home Centreis looking for a Seasonal Home Centre Associateto join our team.
Term: until approximately August 31, 2024.
Availability requirements: Weekdays - mornings (7:00 am start), afternoons, and evenings (up to 8:00 pm) and weekends - mornings (7:00 am start), afternoons, and evenings (up to 6:00 pm).
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and respond to customer requests,
- Be familiar with all products handled and be alert to new product information in order to maintain current knowledge of all products,
- Knowledgeable in Ag products
- Accurately process sale transactions,
- Prepare special orders,
- Inventory Clerk duties,
- Restock shelves and support with inventory counts,
- Assist in merchandise display,
- Complete sales calls,
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills,
- Attention to detail and quality,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
- Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
