Position’s Main Duties: We are looking for a Full-Time Home Health Care Customer Service Representative. The position will involve administration and support of the inside and outside Home Health Care team. Administration duties include, rentals, pricing, inventory, interaction with clients, providers, and therapists.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a Customer Service role.
· Must have computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office - Excel knowledge is a requirement.
· Point of Sale (POS) knowledge would be an asset but not required.
· Superior communication and Customer Service skills
· Strong organizational skills: ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy - product knowledge and verifying documentation.
· Work within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
