Maxout Construction is seeking experienced subcontractors with a proven history of exceptional work in residential and commercial renovations. Responsibilities:
- Perform Home Renovations and remodeling projects according to client specifications
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the renovation process, including scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design and construction options
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete various tasks, such as demolition, framing, and finishing work
- Install flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail
- Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as excavation or grading
- Weld or perform metal fabrication as needed
- Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Form concrete structures using appropriate techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Home Renovations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with a wide range of power tools and equipment used in the construction industry
- Expertise in various aspects of Home Renovations, such as plumbing, flooring installation, cabinet installation, etc.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Skilled in welding or metal fabrication is a plus
- Experience in concrete finishing and forming is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
