First Impression Professional Home Staging Services is one of London and surrounding areas largest staging company. We presently have an opportunity for an Experienced Home Staging Professional to join our team.
This is a predominantly full-time position, with occasional weeks where the hours may be part-time. The successful applicant will be typically scheduled to work Monday to Friday, with some consultation work with realtors and clients that is likely to take place on evenings and/or weekends.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years staging experience, be comfortable consulting and communicating with realtors, homeowners, and our home staging team, and be able to develop staging plans for properties ranging from fully vacant to fully occupied.
The staging professional we are looking for must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, both in our 11,000 sq. ft. warehouse and on-site while staging.
This position requires physical activity as applicants must be able to navigate stairs, carry art, move bins and perform other light staging activities. Our warehouse movers are responsible for transporting, lifting, and loading and unloading heavier staging items.
The hourly rate will range from $20.00-$30.00/hour based on experience. A three-month probationary period applies to this position.
