Home Stager

Are you the type of person who gets joy out of creating beautiful interior spaces? We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Home Staging Professional.

We are looking for someone who is home staging career orientated, has a least 2 years of experience leading stages independently and has a flair for modern design, and loves the world of home staging.

As a Home Stager, you will be responsible for

• Providing exceptional home staging services, including providing onsite consultations, selecting furniture, accessories, art, and bedding, and maintaining communication with clients.
• Every day, you will bang out a stage, and do it all again tomorrow. You need to love being active and physical. .
• You will be moving totes, and staging props, and setting up the house along with the logistics team. You will need excellent leadership skills, as the lead on the job, the buck will stop with you.
• Managing Staging Inventory: Overseeing inventory management and ensuring that the inventory management system accurately reflects available stock levels.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests during the staging process, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Location: The role requires travel between client homes and warehouse environments across the Greater Toronto Area

Requirements:

• Previous home staging experience of 2-3 years is a prerequisite for this role. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in home staging, including hands-on experience in selecting furniture, decor, and art, and executing staging projects to high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on project requirements.
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Must have their own transportation to travel between the warehouse and staging jobs, ensuring timely arrival at each location and efficient management of staging tasks.
• Work average of 30 hours between Monday to Friday for staging and warehouse maintenance and other administrative tasks.
