Job Description
The Host provides a warm welcome and exemplary customer service to our guests as the first impression of their Eden dining experience.
- Greet and escort guests to the assigned table
- Assist in service throughout the evening
- Fold napkins, stock washroom amenities, and maintain dining room cleanliness
- Answer telephone and accurately take reservations
- Assist in guest departure
- Administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Alberta ProServe certification
- Previous host or reception experience
- Previous fine-dining restaurant experience preferred
