```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/hotel
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
