- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail Experience an asset
- OpenTable Experience an asset
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, team-focused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
Duties:
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
- Taking orders for take-out
- Assisting guests to their tables, taking reservations through the phone and OpenTable.
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, and sweeping floors
