```Duties```
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems, equipment, and access points
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other security-related activities
- Enforce property rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or suspicious behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation
