Job Description: As a Cleaner at Fresh and Orderly Inc, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our clients' expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with company standards.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary: $15.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week
