Kimberley Lodging Company is a vacation rentals business in Kimberley, BC. We are professional, agile and fast-paced. Our goal is to have self motivated, experienced, detail oriented and organized staff. We want to provide extremely clean vacation rentals to our guests, so they have the best experience with Kimberley Lodging Company. The right candidates for these positions must self motiated, but also be a team player and have a valid drivers licence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures, particularly in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies used in industrial cleaning

Salary: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Kimberley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
