Athabasca Employment Services is seeking a reliable and dedicated part-time (with possibility of full-time hours) Administrative Assistant to support Albertans with exploring career, employment, and training options, and complete office administration duties of the Athabasca office.
Your Qualifications:
- Clear criminal record check Vulnerable Sectors criminal records check
- Proficient skills with Word Processing, internet search, and able to effectively problem solve when using technology; Assist/teach others with online forms/ technology
- Create resumes and cover letters
- Able to develop meaningful relationships with co-workers, clients, and community stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication; strong conflict resolution skills
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable working independently
- Adhere to all company policies and ensure the highest levels of client confidentiality
