Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of Payroll and HR programs and processes including payroll and scheduling
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in Payworks
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
- Assist with employee performance management processes
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role or related field preferred
- Proficiency in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Dayforce, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), or iCIMS is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with change management principles and project management concepts is an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
