SES Windsor is a metal fabrication facility that produces and repairs automotive bins/racks.
We are currently looking for a Office Administrator to help support our production facility in Tecumseh.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle recruitment including, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, preparing and extending offers
- Administer employee benefits, new hire paperwork, promotions, discipline and terminations
- Provide support with employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and track attendance
- Assist in the development and review of company policies and procedures
- Create and deliver content for monthly health and safety talks
- Participate in monthly health and safety inspections
- Coordinate 3rd party training as necessary
- Issuing purchase orders, cutting stencils, maintaining stock, data entry and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Diploma in Office Administration or Human Resources preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Well organized and punctual
- Understanding of Ontario Health and Safety Act
Conditions of Employment:
- Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm
- CSA steel toe safety boots/shoes required
- Must have reliable source of transportation as we are not on a bus route
