DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration:
- Manage office equipment/supplies and maintenance
-Attendance management.
-Planning and organizing teambuilding, onboarding anniversary benefits, etc.
-Daily office environment maintenance, providing effective support.
- Other related duties as required
HR:
-Participation in the recruitment process, posting job openings, and screening resumes.
-Initiate and monitor background & reference checks
-Handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
-Tracking and participating in stage evaluations
-perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
· Minimum of 1-year related work experience in a fast paced, professional organization.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Mature and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
· Motivated to complete tasks and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
