```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the team,
-Inputing expenses / collecting bills from our partners
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Assist with budgeting and account analysis tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure accurate recordkeeping
```Skills```
- Proficient in budgeting and account analysis
- Experience with bank reconciliation and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
